Biography

I am a dedicated photographer with twelve years experience of events and portrait photography. I began as a holiday camp photographer shooting portraits in a portable studio and have continued to produce formal and informal portraits ever since. I have studied photography at GCSE and A Level before going on to complete a Higher National Diploma in Commercial Photography at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, in 2007. Since then, I have regularly worked for Jet Photographic on Botolph Lane, Cambridge, covering university events and taking graduation portraits. Some of my recent work has included photographing Cambridge University Archeologists annual dinner at Robinson College, King's College Boat Club team, Emmanuel College Ball, and formal group portraiture for Eton College. My published images include a full product catalogue for Sophisticated Games, a Cambridge-based board games company, and various commissions for The National Extension College, Cambridge, resulting in two published front cover images. I have also produced work for The Cambridge University Press on several occassions, and in 2010 was commissioned to produce the front cover image for their book 'So You Think You Know English?' by Clare West, to be published later this year.

In 2009 I was made a Licentiate of the British Professional Photographers Associates in recognition of my photographic work.
